Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5 business days. Handmade items may require slightly longer preparation times during peak seasons.

Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping is calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders of $100 or more (before tax and after discounts).

International Shipping: Available at checkout. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Delivery Times: Delivery dates may vary depending on location and carrier. We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays.
Refund & Exchange Policy

All Sales Final: Due to the delicate nature of silk accessories and for hygiene reasons, all purchases are considered final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@toutcherie.com. Include photos of the product and packaging for review. Once approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit.

Return Shipping: If a return is authorized, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Every product is handmade, and slight variations may occur. These are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of our products.

Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly. We cannot replace or refund items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer after the order is confirmed. If you need to change the address on the order, contact hello@toutcherie.com within 24 hours of order confirmation.
